Lovely Lola

Well, it's time for an update on Lola, our LOp-sided LAdy...

Brandi and I have put on the iliopsoas, the deep lateral rotators,
the quads, the adductors, the hamstrings, and the glutes;
so all the leg muscles are on.
Have a look:

Iliopsoas, with the inguinal ligament to boot!

Gluteus minimus and gluteus medius are covering
the deep lateral rotators,
but you can see the medial edge of piriformis
(and our stringy representation of the sciatic nerve).

This is the top of the quads, and you can see
pectineus and adductor longus.

Here I am working on the insertion for biceps femoris.

Brandi did a great job sculpting the IT band.
Isn't that a nice gluteus maximus?--I did that.

You can see sartorius going down the medial thigh.

Lola's back side. Go ahead and ogle. She's got a nice butt.

It is obvious Lola takes better care of her left side than her right. She is much more health-conscious with the day class.

Next week, after a test and palpation review, we start the back muscles! I'll be spending most of this weekend memorizing origins, insertions and actions...fun, fun, fun...
